To show our appreciation for you taking the time to complete a survey, we will have raffle drawings with prizes. When you finish the survey, print out the screen that says something like "Thank you for taking our survey". Write your name and date on the paper and have your child put it in the raffle box in the office. Raffle drawings will happen every Friday. Thanks!
